What is PostTrack?
PostTrack is a CRM system designed for media buying teams. It helps track expenses and revenue, automate reporting, manage creatives and receive notifications about important events — all in a single interface.
Who is PostTrack for?
PostTrack is built for teams working in traffic arbitrage: from small teams of 3 people to holdings with 50+ media buyers. It also suits agencies and affiliate networks that need transparent expense and revenue analytics.
How is PostTrack different from trackers (Keitaro, Binom)?
Trackers handle redirects and click attribution. PostTrack is a CRM layer on top: it collects data from trackers, adds expense and revenue tracking, margin analytics, team management and notifications. They complement each other.

Features

What integrations does PostTrack support?
PostTrack integrates with popular trackers (Keitaro, Binom), ad networks, payment systems, Telegram (notification bot) and Google Sheets. Full API and webhook support is also available for custom integrations.
How do notifications work?
You set up rules (triggers) — for example, "daily spend exceeded $500" or "conversion rate dropped below 2%". PostTrack sends notifications to a Telegram bot in real time so you can react quickly.
Can I work with multiple currencies?
Yes. PostTrack supports multi-currency accounting with automatic conversion. All reports display data in your team's base currency, eliminating confusion when working across different geos and sources.
What reports are available?
Reports on expenses, revenue and margin grouped by source, offer, buyer and date. There are summary dashboards, FD/RD reports, redemption reports and LTV analytics. Reports can be saved as views for quick access.

Is there a free trial?
Yes, PostTrack offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features and no limitations. No credit card required.
What plans are available?
Starter — up to 5 users, dashboard, statistics, finances and business-hours support. Team — unlimited users, Telegram bot, full API and priority support. Custom — tailored solution with on-premise deployment, SLA and a dedicated account manager.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Contact us at support@posttrack.app or via Telegram.

Security & Data

How is my data protected?
All data is transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS). System access is controlled through roles and permissions. All actions are logged in an audit trail. The Custom plan offers on-premise deployment on your own servers.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request data deletion via the data deletion page or by emailing support@posttrack.app.

Getting Started

How do I start using PostTrack?
Submit a request on our website or contact us via Telegram. We'll help with setup, data import and integration configuration. Onboarding typically takes 1–2 hours.
Can I import data from spreadsheets?
Yes. PostTrack supports importing expenses and events from CSV files. Prepare your data with columns like "date, offer, source, amount", and the system will process them automatically.
Is support available in Russian?
Yes. The PostTrack interface, documentation and technical support are available in both Russian and English.
