PostTrack is an advertising spend and profitability analytics platform for marketing teams. It consolidates advertising costs, revenue and campaign performance from multiple sources into a single reporting workspace.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can remove it.
We access your advertising data through the official Meta Marketing API. Access is granted by you through the standard Facebook Login consent flow and can be revoked at any time.
We request the following permission:
ads_read — read advertising performance data: spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversions, along with ad account, campaign, ad set and ad names and statuses used to label those metrics in reports.PostTrack performs read-only operations on Meta advertising data. We do not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, ad sets, ads or budgets. We do not access your profile information, friend list, Pages, posts, messages or Custom Audiences.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are used solely to retrieve the data described above. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Requests should be sent to support@posttrack.app and are answered within 30 days.
